Fall is about change. Leaving behind the sun and warmth and saying hello to the crispness in the air and the leaves falling from the trees. The second yoga sutra is: Yogash citta vrtti nirodha. Which means that yoga is the cessation of fluctuations of the mind.
Fall is about change, which is sometimes difficult for our minds to accept. We hold on to what we have had and don't want to let go. But with time, when we are able to let go, with practice these changes start to feel natural and perhaps even effortless. We can open up space in our minds to remain focussed on our breath, body and this moment.
