Moga has arrived

Atha yoganushasanam - is the first Yoga Sutra from Patanjali.

Now the practice of Moga begins.

I realize you haven't heard of Moga before. So let me share a little a bit about it. More will be revealed in future posts, but here is just a taste.

Moga is the practice of bringing more of your self to your yoga practice. Most of us go to our yoga classes and go through the motions, but don't apply ourselves fully. I can say this from experience.

What do I mean by "more of your self"? I mean just your every day self. Not what you want to be or what you think you are, but just more of regular 'ol you. Bring your anxious mind, your troubled thoughts, and your road rage to the mat. And then, let's see what we can do with that.
